Here’s another 15 minute workout, All you need is a single dumbbell and little open space.  This 15 minute tri-set circuit workout is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate, burn tons of calories, and add lean muscle mass to your frame.  So with out further ado, lets get it rockin!!!

Circuit #1

Exercise #1 Single arm Squat, Clean, and Press 12-15 reps each arm

Exercise #2 Static Lunge with a trunk rotation 10-15 reps

Exercise #3 Single arm dumbbell kick-backs  10-15 reps each arm

***3-4  sets of each exercise, bumping up weight if necessary.****

Take a short breather and move onto your next circuit.

Circuit #2

Exercise #1 Pushup the a Renegade Row combo 12-25 reps

Exercise #2 Single Leg Dumbbell Stiff Legged Deadlifts 10-15 reps

Exercise #3  Front Squat with a press, behind the head combo 10-15 reps
